Chirag Shah holds the esteemed position of Secretary at the US India Chamber of Commerce Austin, an organization recognized under Section 501(c)(6) and situated in Austin. The Chamber dedicates itself to fostering professional, business, and economic growth in Central Texas, while also promoting bilateral trade relations with India.
Possessing over two decades of leadership experience in notable corporations such as JP Morgan Chase, Deloitte Consulting, Visa Inc., HP, and SouthwestKey Programs, Shah contributes a vast array of knowledge and skills to the Chamber. His career highlights include spearheading significant transformational initiatives at HP and JP Morgan Chase, with a focus on process improvement, technology integration, and the enhancement and expansion of products and services.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Shah is a resident of Austin, where he lives with his wife and children. He actively engages in outdoor activities with his family. In addition to his career, he is deeply involved in his community, serving on the board of and volunteering for local religious organizations. Shah holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University, Dallas.
With a lifelong passion for international affairs, Mr. Shah actively strengthens ties between the US and India through his work with the Chamber. His blend of technological know-how, business acumen, and global perspective make him a dynamic leader in promoting bilateral trade.
